Liana started Young Savage Fitness as a 24 year old entrepreneur with a vision to provide personal training to committed and enthusiastic professionals in NYC. They are nonbinary and create safe spaces for gender non conforming LGBTQIA+ community members and help people from all backgrounds use fitness as a means for self actualization.

“Young Savage” isn’t just for those young in age with exceptional capabilities in the gym - it’s for people who want to add life to their years, learn new skills, and who always strive to reach their peaks. That’s the mood and the mindset.

I take clients to the next step of their fitness journey.

I work with people whose fitness goals range from getting strong, losing body fat, perfecting a specific lift, and injury recovery—all for the ultimate purpose of feeling physically empowered, in-charge, and fit for life.

Fitness is a means of self actualization:

  • You can make your body look, feel, and move in ways that you decide

  • You take control of internal processes (mental and physical) through releasing endorphins and increasing muscle mass

  • You take control of what is happening around you: you can’t control what happens outside the gym, but you can control what happens when you work out
