Liana started Young Savage Fitness as a 24 year old entrepreneur with a vision to provide personal training to committed and enthusiastic professionals in NYC. They are nonbinary and create safe spaces for gender non conforming LGBTQIA+ community members and help people from all backgrounds use fitness as a means for self actualization.
“Young Savage” isn’t just for those young in age with exceptional capabilities in the gym - it’s for people who want to add life to their years, learn new skills, and who always strive to reach their peaks. That’s the mood and the mindset.
I take clients to the next step of their fitness journey.
I work with people whose fitness goals range from getting strong, losing body fat, perfecting a specific lift, and injury recovery—all for the ultimate purpose of feeling physically empowered, in-charge, and fit for life.
Fitness is a means of self actualization:
You can make your body look, feel, and move in ways that you decide
You take control of internal processes (mental and physical) through releasing endorphins and increasing muscle mass
You take control of what is happening around you: you can’t control what happens outside the gym, but you can control what happens when you work out
You realize your body is capable of much, much than what you may have been taught or conditioned to believe.
