Hey, I'm Liana, a personal trainer and nutrition coach dedicated to helping you discover what your body can do when training meets true support.
Liana is a non-binary trainer (pronouns they/them/theirs) who has worked with more than 150 in-person clients in Boston, Philadelphia, and New York. Their specialities include strength training, functional fitness, powerlifting, and creating safe LGBTQIA+ workout spaces. Pursuing fitness shaped the way they view the world - becoming physically strong has proved to them that they’re always capable of reaching new heights, even if they are only 4’11”. Recent major accomplishments include placing Third Place in the women’s lightweight category in a Strongman competition in April 2025 and PR’ing their pull ups - 16 in a row!
When not in the gym, you can catch them latin dancing across NYC. Their certifications include NASM CPT, Pn1 Level 1 Nutrition Coach, and 260+ hours of EQUINOX education.
