How Online Coaching Works
After an initial consultation call to understand your goals, training history, and available equipment, you'll receive custom strength training programs delivered through an easy-to-use training app called Train Heroic.
Every rep scheme, exercise selection, and progression is designed around your specific needs, from the equipment you have access to, to how your body feels that week, to the life circumstances affecting your training.
There are Two Tiers of Customized Online Coaching:
Tier One:
- Monthly programming via the Train Heroic app.
- Evidence-based workout sessions built around progressive overload principles, designed for your experience level and goals.
- Includes video demonstrations, detailed coaching cues, and modifications to ensure proper form and progression.
- Access to Training App & Resources to log your workouts and track personal records.
- Weekly Check-Ins to discuss how training feels, address any concerns, and modify your program based on your progress and feedback.
- Rate is $200/month
Tier Two:
- Monthly programming via the Train Heroic app with video review and 2x/week check ins.
- This option is for the person who wants a coach’s eyes for feedback on their form and to gage the quality of movement in relation to other factors in training.
- Increased accountability :)
- Rate is $250/month
One Time + Subscription Program Training Options:
Have a specific goal in mind but don’t feel the need for custom programming quite yet? Head over to my program marketplace where I post goal specific 4-6 week long programs, a beginner’s general fitness program, and a more advanced lifter’s program to challenge your current workout routine.

Is online training as effective as in-person training?
Yes. Research shows that remote coaching produces comparable results to in-person training when programming is personalized and communication is consistent. You have the tools, you just need to put in the work!
What equipment do I need?
That depends on your goals and access. Programs can be designed for fully-equipped gyms, minimal home setups (dumbbells, resistance bands), or even bodyweight-only training. During our consultation, we'll discuss what you have available and design accordingly.
Can I switch to in-person training later if I move to NYC?
Yes. If you relocate to the Manhattan area, we can transition your coaching to in-person sessions at 720 Strength Lower East Side. Many clients combine formats, doing some sessions in-person and others virtually based on their schedule.
