I train at fully equipped, state of the art gym facilities that allow independent trainers to work out their outside clients. No, you do not have to pay a membership fee to attend these facilities.

I do train online! I have 3 Coaching Tiers that I offer:
1 - Basic workout plan, for those who want a personalized, non-cookie-cutter based program to introduce themselves to resistance training
2 - Specialty Calls, for those who have in-depth questions on programming or nutrition or for those who need specialized coaching on a specific aspect (a lift, grocery planning, progressions) in their fitness journey
3- In depth online programming and one on one coaching

No! I am neither of those things.
I am fitness professional who knows how to prevent injuries and work out around injuries should they happen outside of the gym. But I am not qualified to diagnose or treat an injury. I will always tell you to see a doctor!
I am a nutrition coach certified by Precision Nutrition, which is an accredited and highly respected nutrition coaching program. I work with people by suggesting how we can upgrade their diet to achieve their health and fitness goals, but I am not a doctor.

My lived experience really resonates with my clients, who are looking for science backed programming (so they know that it will work) stylized with my own queer, extroverted, personal flare. I am a tiny but mighty powerhouse with an unconventional mindset towards fitness, and people love that I believe in empowering their lives inside the gym and beyond.
